What is actually the definition of fear and how to overcome ?

Rasa takut secara alami tertanam dalam setiap benak manusia karena merupakan defence mechanism yang paling classic untuk tetap survive.
Namun, sebaliknya menjadi seorang pemberani bukan berarti tidak akan pernah merasa takut dan mempunyai rasa takut bukan berarti seorang pengecut. Definisi sebenarnya dari keberanian adalah tidak membiarkan rasa takut menghentikan proses untuk keeps growing.
Keberanian bukanlah suatu rasa namun keputusan untuk tidak terbelenggu dan di kendalikan oleh rasa takut because I should believe that I have great innate power to overcome any challenge that life throws at me.
When I face a storm in life, I may feel that I cannot make it to the other side. The storm might seem so violent that it can be hard to take even a single leap. Guess what, as I move along, pushing myself harder, I realise that my inner strength is greater that my situation.
When I am at my lowest point in life is when I am at my most powerful because when I am at rock bottom is when I am finally stop digging and start to think.
Apakah saya pada akhirnya melawan atau menghindari rasa takut bergantung bagaimana hati menyikapi. Hanya hati yang selalu diasah yang mampu mengontrol dan menaklukkan rasa takut menghadapi peliknya persoalan.
